BDSM for beginners
An interactive, playful workshop for absolute beginners and curious researchers.
On request I offer workshops exclusively for WITN* groups.
We are very much involved with BDSM and explore our own approach to it.
Important topics are:
- Consensus
- Communication, verbal and non-verbal
- Body language & posture
- Power & Powerlessness
- role determination
- Courage to lead
- No fear of shame
- basic techniques
- Safe & confident play
- Preliminary discussion and preparation
- Session design – dramaturgy and effect
- TOP/Bottom interaction
- Playing with and without stuff
- Subspace, “Flying”, power bustle
- What to do if things go wrong?
- Aftercare
What actually is this BDSM? What belongs to it and what is only adventurous hearsay. When I have the say, am I automatically always dominant and what do “real” subs do ? Why doesn’t it make sense to call BDSM “right” or “real”?
We deal with consent, our own and other’s spaces, with wanting, needing and being made to.
Why is BDSM so exciting and what can you do that isn’t found so easily in normal sex? Why do the SMers talk so much before each play and what do they tell each other? How can I arrange a preliminary talk meaningfully and what is it about?
What happens in the game, what is certain and what role does sex play, if any at all?
Own topics may be brought along. Difficult topics can be asked anonymously in advance.
This workshop lives from taking part and trying out – nudity can occur, but is not a must – each participating person decides the degree of participation.
This workshop can be booked as a group workshop.
Duration: Evening or day workshop
