Privacy
1. Controller
The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:
Fabienne Freymadl
Hertzbergstr. 3a
12055 Berlin
Germany
Email: info@ladyvelvetsteel.com
Phone: 0152 / 34713051
A data protection officer has not been appointed, as the legal requirements for this do not apply.
2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM - Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf. A data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with the host. The host processes personal data exclusively on our instructions and is contractually obliged to comply with the GDPR.
When this website is accessed, the host automatically collects information transmitted by your browser:
- browser type and browser version
- operating system used
- referrer URL (the previously visited page)
- hostname of the accessing computer
- time of the server request
- IP address
This data is not merged with other data sources. The legal basis for processing is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in the technically error-free operation, the security and the stability of the website. The log files are automatically deleted by our host after seven days.
3. Reach measurement with Matomo (without cookies)
This website uses Matomo (formerly Piwik), an open-source software for the statistical analysis of user access. Matomo is operated on our own infrastructure; the collected data does not leave this infrastructure and is not passed on to third parties.
Matomo is deliberately configured so that it does not set any cookies and does not store any information on your device or read any information from it. No consent pursuant to § 25 TDDDG is therefore required, and there is no cookie banner.
The following is processed:
- the IP address shortened by the last two octets, from which no person can be identified
- the page accessed and the previously visited page
- the time of access and the approximate duration of the visit
- browser, operating system and approximate screen size
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in recognising which content is read and where there is a need for optimisation. As no recognition feature is stored on your device, the measurement is correspondingly imprecise - returning visits count as new visits.
Objection: Matomo respects the Do-Not-Track setting of your browser. If this is active, no measurement takes place at all. You can activate it in your browser settings under „Privacy”.
4. No external integrations
Apart from the reach measurement described under point 3, no fonts, map services, videos, social media plugins or other third-party content are loaded from external servers. All other resources (fonts, scripts, stylesheets) are delivered locally from our own server.
5. Your rights as a data subject
Under the GDPR you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- right of access (Art. 15 GDPR)
- right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
- right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- right to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR)
To exercise your rights, a message to the email address or postal address given above under „Controller” is sufficient.
In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
6. Encryption
This website is delivered exclusively via HTTPS. The transmission of data is thereby protected against being read by third parties.
7. Currency of this privacy policy
This privacy policy is currently valid. Due to the further development of our website or because of changed legal or official requirements, it may become necessary to amend it.
