Anyone in Germany who advertises sexual services via a website must appoint a youth protection officer (Jugendschutzbeauftragte). In addition, every website that is used commercially in any way needs a legally valid imprint (Impressum) with a summonable address.

I can support you with both requirements. As your youth protection officer, you list me in your website’s imprint. I check whether your texts, images and links meet the requirements of German youth protection law.

The imprint also shows my address together with your (stage) name. Should any mail arrive, I forward it to you immediately. This way you meet the requirements of § 5 DDG. Liability for the website’s content remains with you.
