Workshops

BDSM and mindful sexuality are my passion. I engage intensively with deep aspects of my work, explore connections and learn from those around me.

Methodical work, an empathic basic understanding of the needs of my clients, constant further development and critical questioning of the techniques I use are the fundus from which I build up my workshops.

In the course of my career, I had the good fortune to meet wonderful colleagues* who spared neither time nor effort to share their expertise with me. In the spirit of this tradition, it is important to me to pass on my knowledge. Through teaching we learn.

My workshops focus on the one hand on professional work, on the other hand on self-awareness in BDSM. In addition to teaching good, clean techniques and „best practice”, it is important to me to awaken a basic understanding of the motivation, intention and needs of our play partners.

An intimate, safe atmosphere is just as important to me as the appreciation of the participants’ expertise. I provide theoretical backgrounds for a better understanding and underpin them through practical and creative experimentation.

I offer regular courses and workshops in the Studio LUX course center, but also throughout Germany. My events are suitable for groups of 5 to 20 people; on request I also offer workshops for individuals or couples.

Topics

  • BDSM for Beginners

An interactive, playful workshop for absolute beginners and curious explorers. I am happy to offer workshops exclusively for FLINTA* groups.

We explore BDSM at a very basic level and discover our own approach to it.

    Important topics are:

    • Consent
    • Communication, verbal and non-verbal
    • Body language & posture
    • Power & powerlessness
    • Finding your role
    • Courage to lead
    • No fear of shame
    • Basic techniques
    • Safe & confident play
    • Pre-talk and preparation
    • Session design - dramaturgy and effect
    • TOP/bottom interplay
    • Playing with and without gear
    • Subspace, “flying”, power rush
    • What to do when things go wrong?
    • Aftercare

What actually is this BDSM? What is part of it and what is just adventurous hearsay? If I am the one in charge, am I then automatically always dominant, and what do “real” subs do anyway? Why does it make no sense at all to call BDSM “right” or “real”?

We deal with consent, our own and others' spaces, being allowed to, having to and wanting to.

Why is BDSM so exciting, and what can you do there that does not work so easily in regular sex? Why do the SM folks talk so much before play, and what are they telling each other? How can I shape a pre-talk in a meaningful way, and what is it about?

What happens in play, what is safe, and what role, if any, does sex play?

You may bring your own topics. I ask about difficult matters anonymously in advance.

This workshop thrives on participation and trying things out - nudity may occur but is not required - each participant decides the degree of their involvement themselves.

This workshop can be booked as a group workshop. Duration: evening or full-day workshop.

  • Confident Dominance
  • Impact Play

Impact play comprises games and techniques involving force and impact. Basically, everything to do with striking belongs to this beautiful, powerful style of play. Impact games have the potential to develop very intense scenarios, but they also carry great risks. A safe, solid foundation is worth its weight in gold.

In this intensive day-long workshop we deal with striking both theoretically and practically. Alongside precise and intimate handwork (classic spanking), we work with a wide variety of different instruments. We learn not only the correct handling and physiologically sensible movements, but also about the “taste” and the less obvious possibilities of their use.

The technically correct use of implements is only a small part - more important is the interaction with our play partners. Underlying this is a unit on anatomically risk-minimising striking, the diversity of different bodies and interaction within set boundaries.

I understand striking as an extended form of communication between the players, and successful communication is interactive. In order to read physical reactions and non-verbal communication well, we learn about the motivation and the physiological and psychological processes, so that we can mindfully interpret them in the moment.

Finally, it is about practical experimentation - similar to juggling, the handling of the instrument must be practised and additionally set in relation to body, mind and reaction. Which pain profile is the right one, and what happens with variations in force, power, rhythm …? Where is my counterpart, are we playing with or past each other? It is about very practical applications, developing posture and technique; we learn methods of communicating into subspace, ask for non-verbal feedback and practise communication with body and hand.

Striking can be part of a session or its main content. We talk about different scenarios and ways to play, about the before and the after. What does meaningful psychological or physiological aftercare look like? In this, we include the giving part.

The workshop is aimed at all people who find impact play exciting and would like to expand their experience. It is possible to take part purely as a receiving person. As a rule, however, practice subs selected by me are present. The workshop is open to people of all identities and any passing. On request I am also happy to offer FLINTA* workshops.

  • Mummification

In this very practical workshop we explore complete body restriction.

We will inform ourselves in detail about the basics of mummification. What is the appeal of this fetish, and where does our desire for it come from?

First, however, we deal with a solid foundation: What risks lie in this play, how can I minimise them, which materials can I use and how, in order to create a safe and pleasurable experience? We learn about anatomy and appropriate precautions. What to do in an emergency, and which techniques can I use so that my play partners can make themselves noticed?

Equipped with this knowledge, we then go straight into action. We explore the feeling of being completely enclosed, take a little excursion into breath reduction and get to know various materials. What is a tunnel game, and what does it have to do with mummification?

So what do you actually do with the mummies? We explore games and scenarios.

Then we practise, very hands-on, an intensive form of mummification with tape. In small groups we fully wrap practice objects and learn about the best techniques and ways of doing it.

Please note: we work only with “dry” materials, i.e. not with plaster.

  • Sex Work - an Approach

Sex work is on everyone's lips. Everyone knows the images from print and media - scantily clad women at the roadside, legs in high heels, backsides on bar stools.

But what actually is sex work, who does sex work and what happens there?

I have been a political sex-work activist for 6 years and engage intensively with the subject of sex work, the struggles of sex workers, the sex workers' rights movement and increasing regulation.

    Talk

I speak generally about sex work, the access routes, the circumstances and the actors. Focus topics are possible: working conditions, places of work, demands of the sex workers' rights movement, the history of the whores' movement in Germany, links with human trafficking, peer work, stigma, decriminalisation - to name just a few.

What is important to me is a view of society as a whole and a representation of all actors in sex work. Many colleagues cannot possibly out themselves and therefore depend on remaining hidden. I bring these voices with me.

Possible as part of internal training for multipliers (e.g. counselling centres, political parties, universities), at conferences, congresses, for interested groups of people, etc.

    Performance

    Close up - sex work.

A performance I developed for taz.lab. I sit in a small, plush room decorated with all sorts of objects from sex work. Modelled on the goings-on in a brothel, individual people from the audience may visit me in time-limited intervals and, in an intimate 1:1 setting, ask anything that moves them about sex work. The intimate space holds possibilities for engaging with sexuality and negotiating performance and labour. The sex-working protagonist is an expert on the sexual and is not pushed into the so often typical victim role. At the same time, the questioning person can free themselves from their own stigma and openly address topics that are too shame-laden in front of strangers.

    Requirements: an enclosed room, power.

  • AI for Sex Workers

LLMs are already hard to imagine daily life without. AI is used everywhere, and for many people it can genuinely be a means of access and a relief in their work. In our industry, too, AI has long since arrived.

We discuss the advantages and disadvantages of AI and AI-assisted work, ethical components and practical application.

Learn about the individual models, pitfalls in their use and possibilities.

The workshop can be held both online and offline.

  • How to get your sh*t together

As independent creators and sex workers we juggle all the things. We want sexy content and solid bucks. Then BUREAUCRACY enters the chat. How do you stay on top AND sane?

We'll look at free tools and apps to make life easier. Bring your laptop or phone. What are the things you hate but have to do over and over again?

I hate repetitive work, so I optimize, automate and delegate. And so can you.

We identify obstacles, repetition and craft our very personal method of creating the best suitable workflow.

Workshop can be held online and offline.
